UNSEEN is a 5 part doc-series, designed for the Asian streaming market, showing ubiquitous environmental threats that we all barely see. With UNSEEN, DW – Germany’s international broadcaster – is taking up one of its core topics in one of its core target groups: Environment and sustainability in the lives of young, urban Asians. Air pollution, microplastics, or traffic congestion become visible through the UNSEEN monsters.
Often only in the background, but nevertheless tangible, they expand the stories of the protagonists from Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Taiwan.
