Quarantine changed the way we think and feel about time. This piece looked into those changes, with the animation built around the idea that time is a concept and dependent upon the person experiencing it. Each recording of someone talking about time is illustrated by beautiful scenes with slightly unnerving color palettes to reflect our chaotic moment. These are very personal mental spaces, with no people, no catalysts, and no end. This piece was a trippy, soft focused look at the way time lost its standard meaning during quarantine. The animation was built around the idea that time is a concept and dependent on the person experiencing it. It was done with a complex combination of 2D sketching and 3D modeling.
