CBS and Fulwell 73, James Corden’s company, called Mass FX Media when they wanted a quirky, fun graphics package for the HBO special event, Friends: The Reunion. Our team was in charge of designing the main title and lower thirds to match the nostalgic FRIENDS logo and original credit design style. We also created a system for still photos during the cast focus moments. The bulk of our work was the world map that allowed us to meet the fans all over the globe. We were charged with an upbeat, colorful look and to hide as many inside jokes from the show as possible.
